TROPHIES & AWARDS: Depending on the size of the order, allow 7-21 Business Days.

UNIFORMS: Please allow 30 days minimum. Artwork can factor into how quickly you can get your order. 

Rush services require additional fees and require 100% payment in full to start order.

The cost will vary depending on how many trophies or uniforms you'll be ordering & the style. Here are some things to expect for uniform orders.

1. $75 Artwork Fee
2. $250 Deposit to lock in your order and begin the artwork process. 
3. Once artwork is approved and we have the quantities & sizes, we will need at least a HALF DOWN deposit of the total cost to continue with production.
4. Artwork takes about 5-7 business days to receive from our graphic designer.
5. Production takes about 30 business days once we receive the HALF DOWN deposit of the total cost. 
6. Sizes 3XL-4XL are $5 extra per item & 5XL-6XL are $10 extra per item.  
7. Extra items are listed below if you would like to add to your package.

UNIFORMS: The minimum order quantity for new orders is 10 pieces.

We will email you a size chart and measurement instructions based on the style of uniform that you're looking to order. 

If you are located on Kauai, we have sample uniforms that you can try on look at and/or try on for size. Just Contact Us!

Yes. We do require a deposit to get all orders started, whether it be trophies, awards or uniforms. 

• Trophy orders of 10+ require a $50 deposit. 
• All uniform orders require a $250 deposit to lock in your order and begin the artwork process. 

No problem! We have local designers here in Hawaii that will allow us to create a custom design for the ideas you have. 

There is a $75 Artwork Fee for all orders. This fee does not give customers right to any of the artwork vector files. This fee covers the cost of our graphic designers to design and build each jersey along with the cost for ink and paper. 

Please note that all artwork fees are non-refundable once artwork has been started.

Currently we are working with Wayne Panu, Art Designer. The process starts with Wayne. He will work with you until you have what you want. After you approve of your artwork, Hana Hou Trophies & Designs will contact you for your order sizes. We can also schedule fittings and bring the sizes to you here on Kauai. SUBLIMATION is a process in which ink is printed on to transfer paper using an inkjet printer (high-speed). Through the application of heat and pressure, the design from the paper is transferred into the fabric.

Sublimation offers the ability to get Full Custom designs,  colors stay vibrant for years, allows fabrics to maintain their functionality without adding any "heavy" decoration, and also allows reordering exact replicas!
